Led technical e-commerce operations by managing Shopify customization, implementing SEO strategies, and developing automated scripts for data cleaning, cross-platform synchronization, and market scraping.

Managed the full product design lifecycle, starting with user interviews to define business requirements. Designed responsive prototypes in Figma and implemented them into mobile-first web interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, and Laravel.

Taught advanced professional Mandarin Chinese within the Language Flagship Program, funded by the Defense Language and National Security Education Office, U.S. Department of Defense. Focused on training learners’ persuasive negotiation and analytical writing skills. In collaboration with fellow instructors, developed individualized curricula using authentic real-world materials to drive student proficiency.

My research interests include Computational Psycholinguistics, Learning Sciences, and Second Language Acquisition. My doctoral research will be under the supervision of Prof. Shu-Kai Hsieh.

My master’s thesis explored the psycholinguistic differences in Mandarin Chinese between native speakers and L2 learners. The research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Te-Hsin Liu.
